Airfares
The best deal generally is to book a package of airfare and rental car through American Airlines Vacations or United Airlines Vacations. When you figure the cost of the rental car, the airfare portion is usually $100-$150 less than the best you can do through Orbitz, Travelocity, Cheap Tickets or other regular low fare sources.
